- EXCHANGE POLICY: We understand that certain imperfections may occur in handmade products and you may wish to exchange your product for another piece. You may request to exchange your product free of cost for another piece of the same product and design within 24 hours after it has been delivered. No exchange requests shall be accepted 24 hours after delivery.
