EXCHANGE POLICY: We understand that certain imperfections may occur in handmade products and you may wish to exchange your product for another piece. You may request to exchange your product free of cost for another piece of the same product and design within 24 hours after it has been delivered. No exchange requests shall be accepted 24 hours after delivery.

REFUND POLICY: Your products are handmade especially for you when you order them. An order can only be cancelled and refunded if it has not been dispatched. We do not accept any cancellations or refund requests once we have shipped your order to you.

RETURN POLICY: A product that has been delivered cannot be returned for a full refund. You may request for an exchange for another piece of the same product within 24 hours of delivery.
