Cancellation & Refund Policy: Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if they have not been dispatched yet.

Exchange Policy: In case of any damage in transit, you may exchange your item for a different piece of the same design. To request for an exchange, kindly share an unboxing video of the damage and reason for exchange with us over WhatsApp at +91 9810116635 within 24 hours of delivery.
No exchanges would be possible without an unboxing video.

Return Policy: Due to the fragile nature of our handmade home decor items, products once delivered cannot be returned for a full refund. In case of any damage, you may request for a free exchange as per our exchange policy.

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders and orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

All COD orders are verified via a confirmation call and only shipped when verbal confirmation is provided. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, your order may be cancelled. Any pre-paid amount paid for cash on delivery orders is non-refundable.
