• Rs. 99 shipping fee for orders under Rs. 399 across India; FREE shipping on prepaid orders totalling Rs. 399 and above.
  
• A COD fee of a percentage of your order is charged on all cash-on-delivery orders. This fee is non-refundable if you are unable to receive our confirmation call or fail to accept the package at delivery. 
• We dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and delivery to metro cities across India typically takes 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch.
• For tier-2 and 3 cities across India, our products shall reach you within 5-7 working days post dispatch.
• You shall receive an email confirmation once your order has been confirmed, packed and dispatched.

• EXCHANGE POLICY: A product once delivered can be exchanged for another piece of the same product only in case of breakage in transit. You may request to exchange your product free of cost for another piece of the same product within 24 hours after it has been delivered.
  No exchange requests shall be accepted once the 24 hours window has crossed. 

• • VALID REASON FOR EXCHANGE: Home decor preference varies from person to person and we ensure that our images and social media videos reflect the true look of the product as much as possible. Therefore, the following are not valid reasons for a free exchange/return:
    • The design does not look good in my room
    • I do not like the design now that I'm seeing it in person
    • I don't need/want it anymore

You may request for an exchange only if there has been damage to the piece in transit due to the courier's fault.

  • Once you receive a confirmation from us, you may send the product back to us at our registered address:

  • Once we have received your product, a new order shall be created for you and dispatched as per our standard shipping policies.
    
    
• REFUND POLICY: An order can only be cancelled and refunded if it has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellations or refund requests once we have shipped your order to you.

• RETURN POLICY: A product that has been delivered cannot be returned for a full refund. You may request for an exchange for another piece of the same product within 24 hours of delivery as per the exchange policy stated above.
  

All exchange, return and refund requests are subject to the discretion of Nandini Homeware. In all three cases, we require an unboxing video of the product clearly showing the issue with the product within 24 hours of delivery. No exchange, return or refund will be possible without an unboxing video.
