EXCHANGE POLICY: A product once delivered can be exchanged for another piece of the same product only in case of breakage in transit. You may request to exchange your product free of cost for another piece of the same product within 24 hours after it has been delivered.
No exchange requests shall be accepted once the 24 hours window has crossed.

RETURN POLICY: A product that has been delivered cannot be returned for a full refund. You may request for an exchange for another piece of the same product within 24 hours of delivery as per the exchange policy stated above.
